I tend to refrain from using any oils because of how oily my hair gets after a few days. However, one pump goes a long way which is what I love, it keeps my ends hydrated rather than oily! I use it everyday- not only is the quality good but my partner and I love the smell of it too, so he now uses it on his beard!! I love this product I am already up to my 5th bottle.. Best oil I’ve used on my hair , I use this everyday and it’s stopped my hair from being frizzy and I love the shine and glow it’s given me .
